#5564 It is better to show confirmation when deleting a holiday

Version : OrangeHRM 2.6.6

Description : It is better to give confirmation when you deleting a holiday from the list

Note : The given confirmation should be described following things:

1. Do you want to delete the specific holiday/s ?
2. Holiday deletion may not be effect to the already applied leave request and user has to cancel those leave request/s and has to applied it leave again.

Note : It is better to show this type of hints when user defining the specific holiday also. ( Need to discuss that with Project Manager)
