Description : User can apply leave for the year after next year after applying leave for the next leave period

Steps:

Scenario 01:
1.Current leave period 2011-01-01 - 2011-12-31
2.Apply leave 2012-12-30 to 2013-01-01
3.Can Apply leave

Scenario 02:

1.Assume current leave period is 2011-01-01 - 2011-12-31
2.Try to apply for the leave 2013-01-04, system wont allow and give proper warning
3.Now apply leave for the 2012-01-10
4.Now try to apply leave for the 2013-01-04, system will allow to apply leave
