Description :Need to show proper information message when user tries to copy leave quota from the empty job title

"When user tries to copy KPI from one job title (job title doesn't have any defined KPI) to another, system shows message as ""Successfully Copied""
Steps :
1.Define two job titles
2.Doesn't assign any KPI for these job title
3.Try to copy KPI from one to another
4.Without coping any KPI, system shows the success msg"
