#5450 Leave Type- Back tic character related issues

Description : If user define a repeat annually leave from next leave period onwards, that is should not shown under the previous leave periods.

Steps :
Assume the current leave period is 2010-01-01 to 2011-12-31

1.Define a repeat annual holiday for the next leave period.
2.Now view the Holiday list.
3.It shows that repeat annual holiday under the current leave period and previous leave periods.

Fix : It should be shown in the next leave period onwards.should not shown under the previous leave periods.
