#1 XML (DocBook) output

This is really great! The commercial tools that exist
to do this are all crazy-expensive and not always so good.

One nice feature to add would be to output the document
in XML format, ideally DocBook
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/ With that you could
easily generate printed versions of the reference or
use xslt to extract a subset (e.g. just a table/column
reference for external audiences).
