OraExp is a free Oracle IDE that targets to be lightweight and easy to use. Currently it is oriented mainly towards software developers. It works on Linux and Windows (should theoretically work on Mac as well, though not tested yet) and supports Oracle 9i and later.

The main reason I like in OraExp is "LightWeight".
