#21 Turn off youtube query suggestions?

Hi, I had managed to stop youtube from giving query suggestions in the search box by using the adblockplus filters listed here: http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/2009/02/how-to-disable-google-suggest.html but that doesn't seem to be working any more. I was wondering if you would be able to come up with a way to disable this? I don't have a youtube account, and don't let them store cookies either (because I don't like them putting my recently watched videos on the main page). Is there a way to stop it without signing up for an account? My google preferences are set to turn off query suggestions, but that doesn't work on youtube.
