#16 Location Filter in Youtube

Same way as it is possible to configure the interface language in Google, it would be nice to be able to configure the location filter in Youtube, and select the desired country or the "Worldwide" option.
Side efect will be to avoid the annoying welcome frame and the preselected option based in your geographic location.
