There are currently four routines for

owatchEnableMonitoring
Control data flow between library and application.

owatchXXX
Control data flow between library and server.

It suffices to have just a single call:

owatchControlMonitoring(OwatchMonitoringFlow_t flow)

and three flavors of the flow:

* enabled everywhere
* enabled nowhere
* enabled between server and library, but not to application
