This error is fine. For an upgrade, we assume you have a working  
configuration, so it attempts to startup Opsview. However, because of  
your earlier issue, you didn't have a working Opsview, so we couldn't  
start up. So there's nothing to worry about here. Subsequent upgrades  
should work seamlessly.
