#17 optimize reporting: use begin and end date project

In ops admin, reporting, the time it takes to get a report depends on the selection: namely person and timeframe. If no person or timframe was selected it can take several minutes to retrieve the report (on a fast machine). If a project was selected the begin and enddate of the project could be used for timeframe to optimize the search.
