#64 big report takes too long

Creating a report without a specified period takes a couple of minutes. Since there is no load-indicator a user will not know if the application is crashed/busy or unresponsive. There should be a load-indicator of a warning saying it can take a couple of minutes. (there should be a maximum waiting time).
