The information in ics files can be out of sync with the information in ldap in two ways:

1) Something is wrong with project, for example it is mentioned in .ics files but does not appear in ldap or it does appear but with a different guid. In this case ops_project will throw an exception if a report is requested.

2) Project implementation tasks do not appear in ldap but have been used in timesheets. In this case the tasks appear in reports without errors or warnings.

In both cases the user should get a descriptive error message (which project, which task) so that the problem can be fixed and a new report can be requested.

Case 1: error is available in opsproject but not in opsadmin.
    Case 2: tasks are highlighted

Both cases are also documented in the ops admin user manual on the twiki.
