Please have a look at what information is logged at which levels. More details please when running in ERROR level.
Oh, and don't write out password in the logfile.
Log SEVERE when an ics file is processed that references a non existing project. On SEVERE a mail should be sent.
Fixed (only log4j does not have SEVERE level, used FATAL instead).
