The machine on which the analysis is done is void of OProfile - say a Windows machine.

Hmm, I don't understand why you need this. Can't you just package up all
the results using oparchive, then use the tools on this archive on the
other machine? This is what oparchive (and, if needed, opimport) are

You need the actual binaries as well if you want to make sense of the
profiles, since file offsets don't tell you very much.
