#34 rare rmmod segfault due to gcc 2.91.66 bug

in rare circumstances removing the module can leads to
a segfault inside oprof_exit().

Tracking this shows a compiler bug generation in gcc
2.91.66, other compiler generate always a correct
code. A work around is enable in the current cvs for
this compiler version.

    the work around have only a very little impact on the
    efficiency of the nmi handler.
