Opntag is now in beta release. It is, at this point, an incomplete but open-source and Rails-based social bookmarking and tagging (folksonomy) system.

It's first deployment is as http://gusse.org in which it has been integrated with Elgg (somewhat) and deployed as the Global Urban Sustainability Solutions Exchange. You can also see it in action as http://opntag.net
