New Opmock 0.9.x version

Opmock 0.9.2 is out!

That's a bug fix maintainance version, still based on Swig and Java.
You can use it to generate mocks either for C or C++ headers.
Opmock 0.9.x should have been deprecated by now by opmock 2, but I have troubles with the Clang APIs that don't have some of the functionnalities I need for C++. Until this is sorted out, please use opmock 0.9.x for C++ code generation.
