Currently OPL only allows one open file at a time. If you attempt to run an opo, then run another, the second launch will be ignored and you are taken to the first app.

This does NOT apply when using the Launcher Wrapper, but does when using a File Explorer to launch the .opos

I suspect this is because the Opl.app, which is used to launch .opo
files, does not handle view switching - a feature added to the OS
in 6.1 days.

Anyone working on Opl.app should ensure that it supports the
Apparc 'switch files' message correctly.
