#92 INCLUDE command

I have noticed that the INCLUDE command sometimes
doesn't work. For example, I have a program which used
the INCLUDE command, to load one of my own OPH files.
Suddenly, this stopped Translating, with a "not found" error,
even though the OPH file had not moved. This also
occurred in another prgram when trying to
INCLUDE "system.oxh".
