#58 MENU problems when rebuilding OplWrapper0

Martin D reports that rebuilding oplwrapper0 from a clean Series
60 SDK and the OPL source code results in a crash when closing an
OPL menu in the runtime.

It doesn't matter if an item is selected, or if the menu is cancelled,
it still crashes.

(I've seen behaviour like this when testing a pre-release version of
Texted for Series 60. The app's menu appears with no problems,
but crashes when closing.)
