#18 CBase 46 panic on exit for Series 60

When the Series 60 runtime exits with an error (e.g. 'file in
use' when testing Contacts opx), we're seeing that CBase 46
stray signal panic again.
This was fixed in the Crystal version for 9210, and that code
is being executed on Series 60 version, but that panic's still
there.
I think it may have returned since the FEP support code was
added...

Try using CEikShutter to close the S60 app.
