openXPS - support software for XPS / News: Recent posts

Three mailing list have been created:
- one for the important announcements, for use by the project administrators
- one for the discussons between users
- one for the discussions between developers

Also, a forum has been created discussing issues relating openXPS.

The trackers (for example, for reporting bugs, requesting features) are also up and running

After being acknowledged by SourceForge on Aug 01, 2005, the WEB site (although almost empty) is uploaded. Anyhow, the work is started
