#3 Java runtime error

After installing Daisy add in for Word 2010, I tried to save the Word 2010 document as a full daisy but I always get the following error: The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment or the runtime is corrupted. The system cannot find the path specified. I have tried to uninstall Java so that I can reinstall it but always get the error message 1723. My computer works on a 64 bit system.
