#1 Banner image not displaying

I have ran through the example given at http://openx-android.sourceforge.net/ and it works. Then i change the server to my server and change the Zone id and the link shows up and when i click it it works. But there is a white box where my image should be. Has any dealt with this? If so I could use some help beacuse as far as i can see it should work.
