#5 Wrong window default position

When i run OWS.exe ,one window shows up.Although,the default position of this window is not at the center of the screen but at the bottom-right corner.As a result,no close or minimization buttons are visible to the user at this position as well as a part of the game screen is hidden too.So there is propably a mistake to the gui settings.
