OpenWorkbench 1.1 is now GA!

The promised features are complete, the extensive testing is concluded, and you can now download the GA-quality source code for Open Workbench 1.1. Open Workbench, the first compelling and free alternative to Microsoft(R) Project, is the trusted tool for more than 100,000 project management professionals around the world, in part because of its unique ability to generate schedules based on resource constraints. The Open Workbench executable has been downloaded more 27,000 times since it's 1.0 release in July, while its proprietary predecessor is even more widely used. Now this vibrant and growing user community will benefit from the impressive list of enhancements in release 1.1, including:
XML interface for input and output to Open Workbench
MSP interface to convert project plans to Open Workbench
( supports import only and does not include all data)
WBS Interactive outline (expand/collapse)
Fit-to-Page printing
XP-style standard dialogs
Time Varying Resource Cost Rates
Multiple Baselines

Join in the development activity. 27,000 end users are waiting to use your enhancements.
