#53 Add OWB Zip XML (.OZX) format

I have come to the conclusion that XML is the only viable format to use Open Workbench in a stable manner. Those files can be rather big though. Therefore, I would like to introduce a wrapper that would zip/unzip the XML file both before wrinting to disk and after reading form disk (they can be really big).
