#49 Turkish localization

Hi,

How about a Turkish language version of Open Workbench. I'd like to contribute by supplying translation into Turkish. I'm a technical translator (and CS student) who is trying to get some hands-on experience on software string extraction, localization, building and testing localized code, etc. and I thought open source projects would be a good place to start. Please let me know if you can use my help.
