#4 Accept float as duration of a task

As we use day for the unit of measure. It will be
necessary to make possible entering 0.5 for the
duration of one task.

Hi! Please append to this request similar feature:
Task duration need to be set in minutes or second unit
scale. It is usable for task looks like 'insert plug in
socket', 'set parameter to default' while we are describe
an hardware test process.
