Implement the elements of the .rmp file as SQL tables
and provide an interface for people to update their tasks.

The goal would be for "Resources" to modify their tasks
online.

Note this is not a request to "web-enable" Open
Workbench in the style eProject or similar
applications, but to merely provide access to relevant
portions of the project to project participants via
client server architecture.

I think this would probably satisfy the majority of
people looking for online solutions and finding only
extravagant and expensive web applications.
