#26 Cutting dependencies in CPM Network view

Making new dependency connections is very easy in CPM
Network view. However, CPM Network view doesn't allow
the user (intuitively, I didn't bother to seek help
from manual) select existing dependency connections and
cutting them.

It could be implemented, for example

1. By clicking a connection to select it and pressing
delete (preferable way)

2. Using scissors cursor
