Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Workbench
2. Edit a view and add the baseline usage data element
for task and resource assignment
3. View the formatting for Baseline Usage
Expected: the Column total field to be active
Actual: the Column Total field is inactive

Development reviewed this bug and determined the feature is
working as designed for the new multiple baseline feature.
This has been changed to an enhancement request.
