The project leader has to manually enter all tracking
data in OpenWorkbench. This is a lot of work for large
teams.
It would be a large improvement in case OpenWorkBench
could support electronic distribution and collection of
timesheets for project members.
After distribution of timesheets, any projectmember can
fill in the actuals of a certain period. After this is done,
the the projectleader should be able to collect this data,
verify the data and transfer it to the project planning
actuals. Reschedule the project and distribute the
timesheets of the upcoming period, and the process
repeats itself.
With the views, the TimeSheets can be defined,
however, distributing (exporting) and collecting
(importing) these TimeSheets seems not supported.
(at least I could not find it yet)
