I haven't been able to start OWB on my laptop in months. The error message informs me it can't find JRE-4. There is a "bug" message" dated 5/8/07 by someone else posing the same problem. I had JRE-5 and now have JRE-6. Does OWB have to have JRE-4? Where is it looking for it? Perhaps I can modify the appropriate INF or other files to allow it to find JRE-6 (unless OWB MUST have JRE-4).

  Haven't got Microsoft Visual Studio yet.
