This error happens when loading on to a VISTA laptop (Jave runtime preloaded) which is frustrating as it loaded onto an old XP machine with no trouble.

I have also experienced this error when loading to a Vista laptop. Any resolution?

Following advice I found that as long as the login ID was an adminstrator then running the .exe file using 'run as administrator' it worked.
