I have downloaded version 1.1.4 and am using it in my
XP Home machine. I have created a schedule plan for a
project and saved it as "Performance Management"
(without quotes). Next time, when I opened it from
File->Open, the window title showed "Project1" and not
the name of the file. So, I had to use File -> Save As
everytime and dismiss the dialog "do you want to
overwrite the existing file?".

I tried opening the file from Windows explorer too, but
the result is no different. I have attached the project
file with this report.

The window title shows the name of you project.
Did you give a name and ID to your project?
They are the ones that count not the file name.

    Hello,

Thanks. I have opened the Properties dialog to enter
(or change) the title as Performance Management and
could see that the window title is changed properly.

But, per UI standards, isn't the window titled as
    the filename?

Well, that another thing. OWB GUI is more than five years
old and it doesnot necessarily aim to be Microsoft friendly.
