#8 Summary tasks not passing filter

Summary tasks must have descendent tasks that pass a
filter in order to pass the filter themselves

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit a View
2. Add a filter "Key Task" equals Yes
3. Create a new project
4. Create a Phase and make it a key task
5. Add a child detailed task to the Phase
6. Refresh view

Expected: The Phase to be displayed
Actually: No tasks are visible in the view
