#75 Cannot set task status to "Completed" after importing XML

I have imported a project file from MS Project 2003
(exported in XML format and imported in OWB) and for
some reason I ignore, I cannot set the task status
to "completed" although the task has "%Complete =
100%"

Is %Complete = 100% user enter value or % Expended?
Is there remaining ETC for the task
