#73 Project Saving in XML format containing SUBPROJECT

Creating the project with no task/activities/phase but
only importing the subproject in xml format and/or rmp
format. The saving operation fails if the file format
selected is xml. In fact re-opening the file it doesn't
contain any information.
Example:
1. Create file xml, p1.xml, with phases and activities.
2. Create a second file xml, p2.xml, with phases and
activities.
3. Create a third file xml, master.xml, importing the
subprojects p1.xml and p2.xml.
4. Close master.xml.
5. Open master.xml and no info are included in the
project.

Note:
Using the default file format (rmp) it works fine. The
master.rmp is updated on-line if p1.rmp and/or p2.rmp
are modified.
