#70 Cannot close a project

When I tried to close one of my projects I get
following error dialog loop. It goes on forever. The
project window is closed but I cannot exit the application

Dialog 1
"Unable to unlock C:\...\blaa.rmp". Object Inaccessible"
Ok

Dialog 2
"Unable to close project. An unexpected exception was
caught"
Ok

Dialog 3
"Unknown exception encountered while executing command."
Ok

And then back to dialog 1
