#66 Adding ressources to new subprojects creates wrong results
When you add a resource to a new subproject, it
automatically gets full availability in this new
subproject (e. g. 8 hours).
I think that's a bug.
It should ask the user in what ratio it should spread
the availability over the subprojects - but not simply
add new availability to a ressource.
