#56 Properties/Resource: Unable to retreive resources

1. OWB 1.1.3 GA, Windows XP, SP2, Java (J2SE
Runtime Environment 5.0 update 2 & update 4; Java 2
Runtime Environment SE v1.4.1_02 & _06)

Selecting 'Resources Tab' on 'Properties' of a new
project. Error dialoge
"Unable to retreive resources. An unexpected exception
was caught"

Clicking "OK" clears the error message.
Adding resources at this location does not work.

Available work-around, add resources from the
resources pane
