#52 Printing drops last resource in resource section

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a project in OWB with one or more resources
2. Select a view that displays resource information in the
resource section, such as the Gantt
3. Select Print Preview or Print
Expected: the view to show a row for each resource
Actual: the last resource listed does not print. If you
only have one resource then it does not print a row for
that resource
