#5 Changing hours-per-day once, later changes don't take effect

After changing hours-per-day once, later changes do
not take effect

1. Open OWB
2. Go to Tools\Calendar
3. Change hrs per day to 5
4. Get some usage into a view, configured in days
5. Note that it displays hours/5 (correct)
6. Change hours per day to 8
7. The view still displays hours/5 (incorrect)
8. Refresh doesn't fix the problem

note: It used to be that changing hrs per day actually
changed calendar shifts, which are not visible in WB.
The complexity in this code may be at fault.
