I was getting the error:
"Cannot start or find the Java JRE(-4). The JRE may not
be installed or the registry may be incorrect."

I tried several different versions of the JRE, I also
set my JAVA_HOME environmental variable, and added
%JAVA_HOME%\bin to my path. No luck.

Based on some comments in the community, I unistalled
IomegaWare 4.0.2 and everything worked suddenly. I have
an ATAPI Zip250 in the machine in question.

Another comunity member noted that changing the name of
the install folder also worked. "I noted mention of a
conflict with the Iomega Zip Drive and, as a last
resort, renamed the C:\Program Files\Iomega folder to
Iomegaa (thinking that the system wouldn't be able to
find it that way. To my surprise, Open Workbench loaded
just fine! I restored the Iomega folder to its correct
name and Workbench failed to load as before."
