#43 Tip Boxes at startup are too small in German version

The tip boxes Open Workbench shows at startup are too
small in the German version.

The tips get cut off in the middle of the sentence.

Since the box is not resizable and has no scrollbars
(which would be a possible solution) this is kind of
annoying.
