Error or application crash when removing a resource
from a task if a resource filter is applied

1. Active view filtered on a resource with resource LOA

2. Filter for a resource using the resource list in the
toolbar

3. Bring up a tasks properties

4. Go to resource tab

5. Select another resource and release

Actually: "Unknown exception..."

At times, probably with ever-so-slightly different steps,
Open Workbench would silently shut down when I
clicked Release
