#24 XML Import from MSP does not import task IDs or Unique IDs

Create MSP with IDs and Unique IDs. Save as File Type
XML. IDs and Unique IDs ok in the XML. Open the XML
with WB1.1rc3 and the ID fileds in WB are empty.
