#19 OWB crashes when Task Type is first column in view and you

Create a project of:
phase
activity
task

edit Gantt view and insert Task Type as first column and
check WBS Indent
generate the view

Now click on task types and note phase displays a 2,
activity as 3, but task is still Task.
Now click on the colapse symbol by Phase
Expect: the project to colapse to phase loa
Actual: OWB crashes with npWBench.exe error against
npViews.dll
